The information and prices on the site only apply to users who make a booking from the United Kingdom. The website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales.
Supply of products and services: Notjusttravel.co.uk provides travel services from a wide range of tour operators, accommodation providers and carriers including, airlines, ships, railways and car rental companies. The provisions of such travel arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier as part of your “Conditions of Contract” with us as an agent for the supplier. We cannot list all suppliers’ terms and conditions here; you will be able to find them on their own web sites. If you are unable to do this, then please contact us.
Our website and the travel services accessible through this website are only available to those whom, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law, and subject to the booking conditions of the relevant tour operator. You must be 18 years of age at the time of booking a holiday, and have legal capacity (some tour operators insist that you must be 21 years of age, you must check the tour operators’ terms and conditions before booking). In addition, you must have legal capacity and authority to book as the lead name when booking for groups of 2 or more people. Any person under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on their journey and whilst at your stay. If you are not of 18 years old, or the legal guardian of a person under 18 years old, you are not permitted to order any products or services via our website.
It is important to note that variations of these terms differ with each tour operator. By booking through our website, you have read and agreed to be bound by the specific terms relating to the tour operators booking conditions. This is your responsibility to check before you book your holiday arrangements with us on our website acting as your agent.
This website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not accept any liability in respect of your inability to access or use this site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use, or failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant that this site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

In addition, when you book any products or services with us acting as an agent for the supplier, you will do so subject to these terms and conditions on this page, and as set out in Booking Terms and Conditions and to such further terms and conditions as may be applied by the tour operator, accommodation owner and any carrier (together, the “Conditions of Contract”). These Conditions of Contract constitute an entire agreement and understanding between you and the relevant tour operator in relation to the subject matter. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Conditions of Contract in full, you must stop using our website immediately. These Conditions may vary from time to time. ATOL Terms & Conditions
Flight Plus Bookings
Not Just Travel is an Accredited Body Member of Hays Travel Ltd, ATOL 5534. Flight-Plus arrangements booked via this website are financially protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 5534). If you book a package on our website and Not Just Travel is acting as your agent then you will be protected by the relevant tour operator’s ATOL. Please refer to the tour operator’s terms and conditions for details of their ATOL protection.
ATOL Protection: When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
Please note that ATOL protection is not available for flights with low-cost carriers or where your payment is made direct to airlines unless they are part of a Flight-Plus (see below). Where necessary, we will add supplier failure insurance to your booking automatically. This protects you by insuring us against the costs of refunding or replacing your booking if a supplier fails. If applicable we will charge an administration fee for supplier failure cover which will be shown on your booking confirmation.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
ABTA Book with Confidence: We are a Member of ABTA, ABTA number K9413 which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available”
An ATOL Protection Contribution of £2.50 per passenger is payable to the CAA on Flight-Plus bookings and this will be reflected on your booking summary as a charge for “Flight Plus”.For more details as to when a Flight-Plus exists and the protection provided under the ATOL scheme please see www.caa.co.uk.
Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in the case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking. Our Service Charges
In certain circumstances we apply service charges which will be shown on your booking confirmation as follows: Credit card fees (see Payment section above) “Administration Fee for Supplier Failure Cover” (see Your Financial Protection section below) “Flight Plus” (see Flight-Plus section below) “Service Charge” – a charge for the booking agent services we provide to you. Please note that the term Service Charge does not refer to us putting together a holiday package, it is our standard charge for the service of acting as booking agent.
